JNTUK Paperless Administration System 16/03/2017

JNTU has been actively working towards making the Andhra Pradesh state as the center of knowledge hub. To prop its actions, recently JNTU has signed up an MOU with Truzio Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a software product and services organization. Truzio will be providing office automation software application as per the MOU. Under the chairmanship of Mr JVR Murthy, Director of Incubation Centre JNTU, CEO of Truzio Technologies Mr Sanjay and VC of JNTU Mr VSS Kumar have signed on the agreement.

Using a platform called Education Enterprise Resource Planning, Truzio will be digitizing all the information of JNTU students in between the periods of student’s admission into JNTU and his/her leaving the University. Entire information will be integrated with all the directorates of the University. Software will be handed over to the Direct of Evaluation.

In a statement, VC Kumar said that, use of this software will bring forth a paperless administration in the University. He also said that, the automation software is provided at free of cost by Truzio Technologies. Every department’s work and activities will be monitored and controlled using the software.

Truzio organisation’s GM Gopal Rao, University’s Rector B Prabhakara Rao, DE P Subba Rao, Director PV Subba Rao were among the participants in the meeting along with other concerned.
